We are excited to offer a $150 scholarship for educational expenses to the contestant from any division chosen by the Community Service judges as the Community Service winner. Below are details regarding the scholarship.
Apply for the Community Service Scholarship by completing and submitting the form below by the October 19th, 2024 registration deadline.
Only fully registered contestants for Miss, Teen and Pre-Teen Triangle Area and Miss, Teen and Pre-Teen City of Oaks can apply for the Community Service Scholarship.
The Community Service Scholarship Application is optional. Contestants do not have to apply. If you do apply, then we want to give you an opportunity to be recognized for the valuable work you do in your community.
Scholarship money is for educational expenses only (school tuition, school supplies, school registration fees, student loan, etc.). The check will be payable to the educational institution or student loan lender.
The Community Service judges are a separate panel of judges from those who will select the winners of Miss, Teen and Pre-Teen Triangle Area and Miss, Teen and Pre-Teen City of Oaks. The judges for Miss, Teen and Pre-Teen Triangle Area and Miss, Teen and Pre-Teen City of Oaks will not know the Community Service Scholarship winner until it is announced onstage after all competition has been completed, and they will not be told who did and did not apply for the Community Service Scholarship.
The winner can come from any division.
